Consensus has been reached, and the proposal described in 2006-01,
"Provider Independent (PI) IPv6 Assignments for End User
Organisations" has been accepted by the RIPE community.

欧州地域でIPv6のプロバイダ非依存アドレスの割当てに関して導入された報告。
欧州地域はIPv6アドレスの取得が進んでいる地域。
しかしIPv6独自のサービスはまだ見えてこない。移行という話も聞こえてこない。
これをきっかけにIPv6の普及が進むか。
