on the mailing list.

We have published the new version (version 2) today.
As a result a new Discussion Phase is set for the proposal.

欧州地域でIPv6のプロバイダ非依存アドレスの割当てに関して導入された報告。
欧州地域はIPv6アドレスの取得が進んでいる地域。
しかしIPv6独自のサービスはまだ見えてこない。移行という話も聞こえてこない。
これをきっかけにIPv6の普及が進むか。
