Policy Proposal 2009-4: IPv4 Recovery Fund has been revised. This
proposal is open for discussion on this mailing list and
will be on the agenda at the upcoming ARIN Public Policy Meeting.

2009-4の提案内容変更のお知らせ
2009-4は割当済み未使用IPの返却に資金を出す、その為にIPv4回復基金を設立する、というもの。
ARINではIPv4アドレスブロックの回収に資金を提供するという方向でも議論中。
今月のARINミーティングでコンセンサスになると各地域のポリシー議論に影響を与えるかも。

IPv4アドレスを多数持っている団体が急に保有資産価値が増大→大増税ということも。
