breakout rooms. Specifically these are

IETF74ミーティングの音声中継に関して。
今は会場にこれる人でなくても議論を聞けるし、Chatなどで議論への参加もできる会議もあるので
以前に比べて敷居は多少下がったんじゃないかな。
そういうインフラを用意しても参加しない人は参加しないし。
