RIPEは割りとフットワーク軽く色々なタスクフォースやワーキンググループが作られ、
アクティブに引っ張る人も多数いるので色々なことがパキパキ決まる印象がある。
地形の入り組んだ欧州ならではの交渉術かな、と思う。
